A Christmas Story Reaction

I think that in the first couple of lines she is scared. I think she is afraid that there silo will do the same thing it did at the Nordstrom's, explode. I think she is apologizing because she has not been herself lately. I think in the ending he is getting into the little toy plane to get away from everything. I think that it is a way for him to get away from the craziness of what is going on with the silos. My reaction for this story is it is a little confusing. The ending is a little different. I think it is a little hard to get why he is doing what he is doing.
